Up for auction is an extremely rare and just as adorable vintage sad / pouty face teddy bear doll by Knickerbocker . He is absolutely the largest we have ever seen measuring close to 23" tall . Shows some wear/soiling on body and face from many years of being well loved but he looks better in person (because of camera flash). We did not attempt to clean him. There is stitching showing at the neck which I believe is original and some stitches on back of head from an old repair. The head is slightly seperated from the body due to the age of material and the weight of being lifted by his head for all these years but this does not show unless head is pulled back. We tried to show all his defects but you will not notice a thing once you have laid eyes on this big cutie! Displays absolutely great!
